If an order has not yet shipped, an order cancellation can be requested via Email only to contact@evokedrive.com Please send an email with the order number and complete shipping details in order for us to locate and cancel the order. As orders are constantly being picked and shipped, cancellation can not be guaranteed after an order is placed (even with an email request), but we will try our best to intercept the package during processing if a cancellation request email is sent prior to the order shipping.
